Deborah Moss works from her country studio in North Auckland alongside lush gardens and a beautiful native forest which provide endless inspiration for her creative practice.
Her colourful and expressive paintings mirror her dynamic surroundings and contain references to organic forms and a growing visual vocabulary. Layers and colours are initially applied playfully, inviting a more considered response as a dialogue between gestures and storytelling evolves.
Deborah has exhibited throughout New Zealand and recently in Australia. Her work is represented by several galleries in New Zealand and held in private collections in New Zealand and overseas
